History:  Ellis was not always a agent of the government. He was actully taken from his home as a boy when he was about 5 years old. His parents gave him up for the government had convinced them that Ellis would be doing great things one day. They willingly sent him to join a "Study" Program. At first, that was all it seemed like. Ellis would learn about the government and it's workings every day for 13 years. After a while, the government had won him over and he was in full support of it. By the age of 30, he was the head of a small group that inforced the so called Laws and made deals with people to keep them in line. As he got older however, his allegiance started to waver. He noticed that some of the things the government did he didn't like. However, he still was loyal to them. When he was 42, Ellis was given the assignment of convincing a gang known as Phoenix to follow the government. However, the gang just proved Ellis's doubts about the government. They really showed him that there might be a better way. Soon, Ellis fell in love with Ichijirushi-Fu, the twin of Marked. She had fallen for him and so he decided not to go back to the government. He stayed with Ichi.
~3 years later~
Ellis and Ichi had gotten Married and had a child by the name of Kyle. Ichi also became the master of the curse in the hotel they lived in. A gang of mercenaries had also moved into the rooms underground of the hotel. Ellis and Ichi always have their hands full dealing with Kyle. He is always wild and likes to goof off a bunch.
Personality: Ellis can be very cool and collected. However, he can get pissed quickly but he also calms down really fast. He loves Ichi and his son over everything else. He also hopes to have a better and brighter future for them.
